Getting Started

Getting started with your Florida Estates, Trusts, Probate, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning or Guardianship matter at My Pink Lawyer® is easy!

1. Call or Email us to get the ball rolling and tell us about your matter/concern.
2. Someone from our office will personally return your call or email to learn more about your situation and to see if it's a matter we can assist you with. If not, we can point you in the right direction and provide you with a referral of someone we trust. Sometimes, all it takes is some free practical and/or legal advice to send you on your way!
3. If we can be of assistance to you, we will schedule your Family Succession Strategy Session or probate or guardianship consultation.
4. If you are interested in scheduling a Family Succession Strategy Session to learn how to protect your loved one's inheritance and help them avoid unnecessary time delays, gigantic legal fees and enormous stress, we will email or mail you a Family Succession Strategy Worksheet to complete prior to your appointment.
5. If you have a guardianship or probate matter, we will mail or email you a Guardianship or Estate Worksheet to gather some preliminary information form you.
6. You will attend your strategy session and at that appointment, we will quote you a Flat Fee for our services.
7. You then decide whether you want to move forward and retain us or if you want to think about it.

Sorry, we can't quote fees over the phone or email because at this point we know nothing about you or your situation. However, once we meet, you will be quoted a flat fee for all services.

Our flat fees are all-inclusive. There will be no surprise bills in the mail and we won't 'nickel & dime' you on postage, copies, etc.  In fact, even if you reach out to us long after your services are complete, you will never get a bill in the mail for ".2 hours" for a phone call or email!
