My Situation Is Simple. Why Should I Go To A Lawyer For My Estate Planning When I Can Just Use Legal Zoom Or Buy Forms At The Office Supply Store?

You need to read Chapters 3 & 4 of my book, “Wise Women Protect their Assets”! Not all DIY forms and services are bad per se, but the forms you fill out on yourself won’t necessarily “jive” with the way you have the rest of your assets and affairs structured. Plus, what you DON’T know can hurt you (or your family more likely). Just as you wouldn’t try to put tubes in your kid’s ears yourself (unless you’re an ENT doctor of course!), you shouldn’t be attempting to establish your own estate plan for yourself either.
