The holiday season is here, and at My Pink Lawyer®, we’re embracing the spirit of giving to make a little magic happen!
This year, our firm is sponsoring children through the Guardian ad Litem (“GAL”) Program, which helps local kids in foster care and court proceedings right here in Northwest Florida.
The GAL Program supports and advocates for children that have been removed from their homes due to abandonment, abuse, or neglect.

The program pairs trained volunteers with children to ensure their voices are heard in court and the legal system - a mission that aligns with what we do every day: protecting families and futures through thoughtful planning.
This organization is near and dear to my heart. I’ve volunteered with the GAL Program and served on its Board of Directors.
Prior to my involvement, I had no idea what a need there is in our community for this type of program.
I’ve witnessed firsthand how much these children benefit from the advocacy, care, and generosity of our community, and how much the program changes their lives.
You can join us in making a difference this holiday season!
Here’s how you can help:
- Sponsor an individual child. Reply to this email or call our office (850-439-1191) to request one of the children’s personal wish lists and shop directly for that child’s specific items.
We’ll keep track of who’s sponsoring which wish list, so every child’s list is covered (and no duplicates).
- Shop directly from the Amazon Wish Lists below.
Amazon Wish Lists:
- Drop off unwrapped gifts at our office no later than Monday, December 1, 2025.
- Make a cash donation directly to the Guardian ad Litem Foundation here.
**Note: Please leave all gifts unwrapped.**
And if you want to support the GAL program year-round, please consider volunteering - it’s the gift that keeps on giving.
In both estate planning and charitable giving, our goal is the same: to make a lasting impact.
Whether it’s leaving a legacy through your estate plan or brightening a child’s holiday, every act of generosity impacts our community.
If you’ve been meaning to review your will or trust, consider this your friendly nudge from Santa’s legal workshop: the holidays are the perfect time to make sure your plan reflects your current wishes.
Your loved ones deserve clarity, care, and a plan designed with love.
Together, we can make this season brighter for children, and for the families we serve every day.
With gratitude,
Amanda & The My Pink Lawyer® Team
