Legal Receptionist

If it feels like things are already handled, that’s exactly what I aim for. I work closely with clients and attorneys to keep communication clear and help everything move forward as smoothly as possible. I know the process can feel overwhelming, so I focus on making it more manageable and straightforward along the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, dogs, and being in nature. Whether that’s kayaking, scuba diving, or tending to my fruit trees and plants, I value those moments to reset and recharge.

Client Experience Coordinator

Maria is a second-generation Pensacola native and a graduate of Pace High School and the University of West Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She has worked several jobs since graduating from college, but My Pink Lawyer is by far the most fulfilling. Whether it’s helping a client set themselves up for success in the future or guiding loved ones through a difficult time, working in such a caring, inclusive environment makes it exciting to show up to work with the best women every day.

Outside of work, she has an incredible group of friends and a family that means more to her than anything in the world. Her favorite way to spend her free time is with her people. She has a twin sister who is her absolute best friend, with whom she shares a husky and a yellow lab. Her hobbies include taking outdoor walks, collecting comic books, listening to music, hosting friends in her home, and playing pickleball.

Lendsey Von Krueger

Signing Coordinator & Client Care Director

Lendsey is a detail-oriented operations specialist with extensive experience managing complex contracts, vendor agreements, and large-scale asset functions—including high-budget property operations for Hines at Facebook in New York and comprehensive lease administration. With a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities from the University of West Florida and studies at Cambridge University, Lendsey blends rigorous organizational oversight, contract auditing, and administrative precision with a clear, strategic focus on protecting value and ensuring flawless execution.

Leveraging a strong background in legal documentation, financial tracking, and cross-functional coordination, Lendsey brings an exceptionally meticulous eye to estate planning and contract workflows. Outside of managing high-stakes administration, Lendsey is a musical theatre enthusiast—a passion cultivated through years of technical stage production—and enjoys spending time by the beach whenever possible.

Liv Reynolds

Social Media Manager

Olivia began her career working onsite as a legal assistant for My Pink Lawyer for 2+ years. Her husband, an active-duty Marine pilot, was later stationed in Texas. She moved from Florida to Texas to be with him, along with her two boys and two dogs.

Even through a subsequent move from Texas to North Carolina when her husband was reassigned, she remained dedicated to My Pink Lawyer as a remote legal assistant. Their family grew with the addition of her baby girl after their move to North Carolina.

After gaining invaluable experience and knowledge of the legal industry during her 3+ years onsite and then remotely, she transitioned into a new role for My Pink Lawyer as a Virtual Assistant Social Media Manager. Her journey has taken her across the country, but My Pink Lawyer has been a constant through it all.

Lauren Merritt

Counsel, Probate and Guardianship

Lauren Merritt is a Pensacola native who earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of West Florida. She began her career in personal injury before turning to probate and guardianship law.

Lauren enjoys supporting families through loss with compassion and understanding, and she equally enjoys helping families establish guardianships. She admires the clients who take steps to protect and support the people they love.

Lauren is licensed in Florida and Alabama. Outside the office, she enjoys running, time with her family, and her favorite Pensacola restaurants.
