Because of the high level of service and the comprehensiveness of the planning we offer our clients, I can safely say that we are not the cheapest kids on the block. That said, many lawyers who claim to offer “Wills & Trust” services actually are not estate planning lawyers at all, but criminal defense, personal injury, or family law lawyers who see estate planning as an “easy add on” to their practice. My Pink Lawyer® is also not a “trust mill” law firm that churns out a high volume of living trusts to multiple clients each month. Those firms tend to recommend living trusts to every person and have their staff prepare the documents, rather than an attorney.
On the other hand, we don’t charge big firm high rise prices (which are typically billed hourly, by the way). With flat fees quoted in advance, you will never have any surprises.
At My Pink Lawyer® we offer concierge style estate planning. Each plan is custom designed for each client by a lawyer (not staff) and our office is there for you and your family even after your plan has been initially created. We will stay in touch (with your permission of course) to ensure your plan stays current with your changing life circumstances.
